I continue my education. I am committed to growth and development.

I read at least 10 minutes each day. I create a comfortable spot to read at home. I carry an E-reader and magazines with me during the day and when I travel. I visit my local library regularly.

I talk with others about their interests and experiences. I ask relevant questions. I seek out individuals with backgrounds different from my own. I search for things we have in common.

I take courses online and at local universities.  I study foreign languages, arts, and sciences. I research their adult education programs.

I teach what I know. I tutor kids or mentor other professionals in my field. I see familiar subjects from a different perspective and build my communication skills. I discover gaps in my understanding that I can work to fill in.

I try new things. I travel across the world and through different neighborhoods close to home. I experiment with cooking unusual recipes and playing the latest video games. I visit current exhibitions at art museums and science centers.

I strengthen my professional qualifications. I master new technology and stay up to date with recent research and trends. I focus on soft skills too.

I increase my happiness and wellbeing. I understand more about myself and the world around me. I open up new opportunities and enhance my quality of life. I become wiser and more interesting.

Today, I pursue lifelong learning. I expand my knowledge and skills.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What am I curious about?
  2. How would I describe my learning style?
  3. What motivates me to keep learning?
