Every day is a chance for a fresh start.

As I feel my mind beginning to awake, I take a moment to reflect. I see the promise of the sun behind my eyes in the moments before I open them, and I feel excitement at the chance to enjoy another new morning.

I begin to become aware of my body, becoming aware of my arms and legs as I lie in bed. I feel the soft sensation of the pillow under my head and neck, the weight of the blankets above me, and the feeling of my breath as I inhale and exhale.

I embrace every day as a chance to hit reset.

I start each day with fresh energy, excitement, and motivation. I set my intention for the morning and vow to keep it with me throughout the day.

I feel grateful for the chance to move my body, to begin the day, and to enjoy all the wonders the world has to offer.

I start every day with motivation, with gratitude, and with excitement at what is to come.

I embrace the chance to wipe the slate clean and take new steps toward my goals. There is nothing that is out of my reach.

I am energized. I am vibrant. I am alive.
