I choose to be grateful for whatever experiences come into my life.

Yes, they may be difficult and uncomfortable, and they may challenge me emotionally, but I know I can handle it.

I accept that I make mistakes along the way. I let go of the pain and anguish that comes with regret. I let go of my old self and embrace my new knowledgeable self.

I honor my past but move freely in the present without holding onto it. I release everything that holds me back. I let go of fear and move ahead.

I refuse to allow my circumstances to keep me from the things I wish to accomplish.

Instead, I seek out chances to learn and grow. I realize that everything happens for a reason. I accept that understanding why something happened may prove difficult, but I know I am loved and safe.

I focus on the positives, and I thank God for my blessings. I am grateful for this beautiful day, and I am thankful for another day alive.

I embrace all my beautiful moments. I celebrate my successes. And I am glad that I am still available today. I share my gratitude with all who are ready to receive it.

I give thanks for my many blessings. I have gratitude to God for all the good things that I have received. I send gratitude to all for whom I care.

Today, I express my gratitude. I send my appreciation to others. I send my gratitude for all my blessings. Today, I feel grateful.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. For what do I feel grateful?
  2. Do I find myself feeling grateful or appreciative during my daily activities?
  3. How can I expand my level of gratitude?
