I build momentum

I keep moving in a positive direction. I wake up early. I start my day well. I climb out of bed without hitting the snooze button. I give myself adequate time for my morning tasks. I do something I love or check off a few items on my to do

I keep moving in a positive direction.

I wake up early. I start my day well. I climb out of bed without hitting the snooze button. I give myself adequate time for my morning tasks. I do something I love or check off a few items on my to do list while the world around me is quiet.

I plan my schedule. I block out time for the activities that are meaningful for me.

I work towards specific goals. I give myself targets that inspire and excite me. I develop a sense of purpose.

I make it easier to take action by breaking big projects down into smaller steps.
.
I bounce back from disappointments. I overcome obstacles and learn from experience. I persevere through delays and setbacks.

I keep my energy level high. I take care of my mental and physical health. I eat a nutritious diet and exercise regularly. I sleep 8 hours each night. I take breaks throughout the day to replenish my resources.

I celebrate my victories. I take note of my progress. I use my inner dialogue to praise and encourage myself when I reach significant milestones. I give myself rewards for sticking to my fitness program and mastering new technology.

I work efficiently. Being organized helps me to maximize my efforts. I clear away clutter and focus on one thing at a time.

Today, I build and maintain momentum in my personal and professional lives. The more I succeed, the more I want to keep going. I am on a roll.

Self-Reflection Questions:

  1. What do I want to achieve today?
  2. Why is it important to be consistent?
  3. What motivates me to make positive changes?
