I appreciate my body for the strength that it gives me every single day. I know that it does its best for me.

I recognize that I have the strength to live life to the fullest. I have the power to create my own destiny and live the life that I deserve.

I make my health my number one priority. I embrace a strong, healthy body and mind.

I know that I can reach my full potential. I know that I am capable of anything.

I choose to surround myself with people who make me feel empowered.

I choose to slow down. I hear the whistling songs of the birds. I feel the cool caress of the wind on my cheek. I appreciate the sensation of my clothing on my skin. I close my eyes and appreciate every drop of a delicious hot cup of coffee.

I see the beauty in the small moments.

I appreciate my sight and the stunning sights around me. I enjoy the sounds of life all around me. I take time over the touch of soft silk, inhale the sweet scent of cut grass, and appreciate the tang of a taste on the top of my tongue.

I acknowledge my good fortune, despite my challenges, when I compare them to those of others.

Today, I choose gratitude.  I am thankful to be alive, to be able to live the life I want, and I choose to share this gratitude with others.
