In the summer, the warmth carries me outside. I enjoy the warm weather, sunshine, and gentle, quiet nights.

Having summer activities helps me to improve my body and mind. There are many activities I enjoy over the summer, and they all offer opportunities to help me improve myself.

Physical improvement is important, but mental improvement matters just as much. Summer activities give me options for both kinds of self-development.

I like to do things that are physically active. I like to challenge my mind. I have a lot of fun by myself and with others in the summer, because there's so much to do.

Improving myself and having fun easily go hand in hand. I have fun while taking part in activities that help me to become the person I want to be. As I improve myself, I help the people around me to improve. I allow my joy and love to shine and encompass others. It makes me happy to bring joy to others!

Playing and having fun is important. I give myself permission to just relax and enjoy myself. I feel better when I am honest with myself and when I go out to have fun in the summer sunshine. Because I enjoy it so much, I work hard to improve my life through the summer activities I take part in. I laugh and love in the summertime.
