Starting each day with a happy mind sets me off on the right course. I jump out of bed eager to see what lies ahead.
Getting up early in the morning is a choice I make. I develop rituals that encourage me to smile as soon as I open my eyes.
I start the day with positive and energizing music, and then I make my bed. This simple task changes my mindset for the day, and I feel a sense of accomplishment. I also make sure to get my body moving with some gentle stretching and breathing exercises. This helps me to feel more alert, energized and ready for the day ahead.
I take some time to plan my day and set goals for myself. This helps me to stay focussed, and I feel more productive when I have something to work towards.
Finally, I take a few moments to reflect on how I am feeling and set an intention for the day. This helps me to stay mindful and stay on track with my goals.
I keep inspirational quotes and pictures near my bed. I slip my feet into warm slippers. Drinking water in the morning light rouses my senses, so I draw back the curtains to make it easier for me to get moving.
Every hour is a rare and precious gift to me. I strive to make the most of each hour and be as productive as I can. I want to be cheerful and alert, ready to take on the world, right from the second I wake up. There are many opportunities to learn and grow before lunchtime, and I want to be ready to seize them and make the most of each moment. I'm determined to make the most of every hour, to be productive and make the most of the opportunities that come my way.
I create a routine that works for me and I'm consistent with it. In the morning, I give myself enough time to get ready, have breakfast, and have a few moments to myself. Starting my day off right helps me stay productive and energized. To stay on track, I make a conscious effort to go to bed early and get a good night's sleep.
Today, I look forward to the morning light. There is so much to love about mornings. I appreciate sunrises, bird songs, and english muffins. I start out energetically and carry that zeal with me throughout the day.
